Did you know Mr. Rooter plumbers can now fix some of your sewer problems without extensive digging in your yard or tearing up your sidewalk and driveway? You’ll hear it referred to as trenchless technology. As a homeowner, I particularly like this service because it can fix some plumbing problems without creating an eyesore in your front yard!  

There are several types of trenchless technology. One way allows us to reline your pipe from the inside without leaving that ugly scar in your lawn that the typical pipe replacement process leaves. (It can save you money on landscaping, too!)

A Mr. Rooter service technician cleans the old line, and checks it with a video inspection camera that produces an on-screen image. He identifies the bad areas, and measures for an accurate fiberglass lining. The technician then inserts the liner material, which bonds and seals with the existing pipe.

One of the parts I like best – the sewer line is back in operation with minimal interruption to their drainage system. Our customers are amazed by the efficiency and accuracy of trenchless technology.
